Ingredients

50 ml passion fruit juice
50 ml cucumber juice
Double Espresso JACOBS Barista Editions Espresso
150 ml ginger ale
Ice cubes

Steps

Prepare a double espresso and let it cool. Put the ice cubes in a large glass.

Add passion fruit juice to the glass. Pour the cucumber water into the glass using a bar spoon. Pour in ginger ale and top with double espresso. Be careful not to mix all the layers.

Garnish with a slice of cucumber and serve.
